There are many advantages of owning a digital optical camera, one of which are the user friendly and efficiency-maximising qualities it possesses. The holder has the power to see the picture seconds after taking it  and render his or her opinion on whether or not to- keep or delete, black & white or color, and finally to upload and print with little to no trouble. Also, among many others, advantages  of owning  a digital optical camera include:

  •  Removable Memory:

With a digital optical camera the ‘photographer’ is able to click as many  pictures as his or her heart desires. With removable storage their is almost unlimited amounts of memory for hundreds or even thousands of digital optical camera pictures per memory card.

  •  Portability:

With continuously advancing technology  the digital optical camera is now being made available in  smaller and smaller in size whilst  gaining assets such as- picture quality as well as photograph optimizing modes    . E.g: newer models are small and slim enough to fit in the owners’ pouch without losing the capabilities to take a world class photograph  .

  • No more rolls of film:

Because digital optical cameras don’t use film- you will never have to lay waste to money by having to purchase new rolls of film. Which also means that you no longer have to wait a week or so to have your pictures to be developed only to see that bulk of the photographs  are not of any quality.

As well it is possible that you have overheard rumours from  people explaining that the vintage cameras are able to produce higher quality photographs  than the modern digital optical camera. This assertion could not be further from the truth , the reality is that the vintage cameras that offer the photographer to develop their photograph  in a dark room only lets the photographer the feeling   that it is a better picture because the picture taker has more of a connection with that photo. However, with technology being as it is, while using a digital optical camera, computer programs  can be bought  to create a ‘digital dark room’; the only difference? a clearer final output.
